outside reading 17 (because a few of mine werent long enough)

i read another article at fox9.com
a 16 year old boy from mankato died from drinking. he was at a park late friday night with his 2 older brothers and some friends, who were all under aged. between the ages 16 and 19.
after they called the police around 11:30 PM becuase he had passed out they later said he want breathing any more and was pronounced dead. the police are still investigating how they even got the alcohol, so they might not get charged for anything. in mankato in the past year there had been to other young deaths due to alcohol. & the consolers at mankato high school are helping students get through his death.

I read an article on fox9.com
cops issued 127 tickets late friday to people at a loud party. they were all drinking and most of them were underaged. eight of those people were under arrest, 3 of them were arrested for giving false information to the police, 4 of them were arrested for unlawful assembly, and 1 was arrested for underaged drinking. i dont think thats fair that only one person was arrested for underaged drinking when they are were underaged. they obviously could not arrest all of the people who were underaged, but only arresting one of them just isnt fair. in my opinion.

DO NOT EAT KING NUT PEANUT BUTTER! that was the cuase of both deaths. the first death was an elderly women, who had other health problems. and the second was an elderly man who had other health problems also, so they are not 100% sure that the sellamnella was the reason he died for sure, it may have been a mixture of things. also in virginia there were 2 deaths, and the outbreak sickened around 400 people. there are other foods with peanut butter in them, like some peanut butter crackers, that they are taking out of stores just as a proecausion, they are not sure if they have the selmanella in them also, but just to be on the safe side, they are not going to be selling them any more.

OMG!
this morning january 13th 2009 more than 200 car accidents happened!! and that doesnt include the cars that slid off the road and into ditches!! in only a three hour period! "we had 25 accidents in 15 minutes" Tom heininger "we cant keep up with it all" one part of the freeway was even closed for 15 minutes because of one of the crashes, which isnt that good, especially when there are other people who need to get to work!!
i think that we should have had a snow day and no one should have had to go to work today cause of the road conditions. :]

i read an article on startribune.com about a women who drownded her baby in the bath tub in 2005 and is now being sentanced to jail for 25 years. she said that she has gone through enough pain already. she also says it wasnt her plan to kill her child. also the baby was never even found after the "accident" one of the reporters thinks that this is the first murdering that happened in minnesota that the body wasnt found.
I think that this is sad, and unless she really didnt try to kill her baby then i dont think she should have to go to prison.. and even though they cant find the body it still doesnt matter, they should just do a lie detecter test to see if it was purposly done or not, also if she knows where the body is.

Reading Minute.. Outside reading 10

i read an artcile online about a girl who was tricked into thinking she was talking to a teenage boy online, who ended up not. One day she was not heard from for about 4 hours, and her brother reported her to be missing, becasue her dad didnt know about it yet, and he was at work. At her house they found a chair propped up against her door, her glasses broken, and that she had left the house with out any shoes. they found her body along with the kidnapper's body in a storage garage. it seemed to be that they both suffered from gunshot wounds, and that Kacie (the missing girl) had been secually assaulted. when the police officers arrived at the storage garage, they heard a gunshot, beleiving that it was the kidnapper (David Fuller) comitting suicide.

this article was recently posted, but it was about a story from 1975..
A nine year old girl was missing from her neighborhood, and about a month after her dissaperance she was found dead in a neighbors garage. she was sexually assulted and strangled. Just recently in June, 2008 the police announced who the killer was. [Jerome Barrett] a convicted rapist. and he was arrested. for years they had always suspected it to be a 15 year old boy from the neighbor hood.. but they were wrong. He is now in jail for that murder and many other attempted murders that he was found guilty of..
